Greatest Killer of 20th Century – Communism

Greatest Killer of 20 th Century – Communism   If common man is asked to name greatest killer / killing event, they most probably will tell about natural disaster like tsunami or an earthquake or may be World Wars.  I think the greatest killer of 20 th century has been the “Communists” & “Communism”. Common man will never name Communism as the greatest killer as very few cares to go in depth about such ism and the country practicing this.   Natural disaster has no enemy – it is impartial in devastation. World wars or any war had / has specific enemy and killing in the name of some “purpose or cause”. But killing of own people (own national or own party member, friends – of any age ) without any cause based on so called crime / blame / allegations has been the speciality of communist states over many decades.   We have read a lot about “Nazis” & “Fascists”, their secret agencies (Gestapo, SS etc. ) & gas chamber killing of Jews which  shook faith on...

Hindus in Bangladesh

During last four decades in Bangladesh Hindus have lost about 26 lac acre land. Under the Vested Property Act more than 10 lacs legal cases , including Dhaka are hanging in different Courts. Modified and revised law have not been able to give expected result. Awami League government has tried many modifications regarding enemy property act but the benefit, what the minorities should  get, have not materialized , said by Sabina Yasmin, Kisan Sabha General Secretary . Main purpose of all these attacks are for capturing the Hindus land in Bangladesh   - commented by NHRC. Attack on Hindu temples and burning of Hindu houses in Bangladesh is not only a matter of Hindu or non Muslim to create fear but it is creating panic among the   women , both Hindu and Muslim. Slowly fanaticism and fanatics will burn all these things for which   initiation has already started. I do not hesitate to say   that if this is not stopped then Bangladesh will soon become a Tale...

The Minority Factor or Social Chemistry

The Minority Factor or Social Chemistry There are similarities between chemistry (polymer chemistry – branch to which I belong) and society of a democratic secular country like India. All chemical reactions are initiated by catalytic actions, which could be in different form. Similarly, certain external factors creates disturbance in the society. Difference is that the chemical reactions follow strict laws but these type of social disturbances are unpredictable, do not follow any law , as such things are motivated to certain gain / power grabbing . There is no science (search for truth) in this. In science only truth & experimental results prevail whereas in social disturbance misinterpretation and distortion of facts play role – far away from science.   In polymer (rubber, plastic) chemistry chemical reaction takes place with a monomer (Unit) resulting in homo-polymer ( repetition of same units ) or two / more different monomers ( units ) resulting in Co-polymer.(...
